Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a VLSI Design & Chip Architecture Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver structured online sessions on VLSI fundamentals, digital design, chip architecture concepts, and relevant tools, ensuring content is clear, current, and industry-aligned. Daily responsibilities include preparing teaching materials and examples, creating and reviewing assignments, guiding learners through problem-solving, and providing constructive feedback on their work. The trainer will also support learners via online discussions, respond to queries, and help them build practical skills that are applicable to VLSI and chip design roles.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and VLSI design concepts, including digital logic, chip architecture, and design flows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related software commonly used in chip and circuit design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics to create clear visual diagrams, schematics, and training materials.
• Candidates should possess solid Research skills to stay updated with advancements in VLSI technologies and incorporate them into training content.
• Experience teaching or mentoring in engineering or VLSI-related subjects, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple, structured manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and comfort with delivering live online sessions.
• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, Microelectronics, or a closely related field; advanced qualifications or industry certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time teaching schedules, and maintain professional ethics and learner inclusivity.
