• Ability to develop a visual direction, not just execute a given reference.
• Familiarity with global design trends and social media visuals.
• Design background from Design/Art School is a plus.

We are looking for a creative and concept-driven Visualizer who can turn briefs and ideas into strong, contemporary visual executions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, composition, typography, imagery and visual storytelling, with the ability to think beyond execution and contribute to the creative thought process. You will work closely with the Art Director and creative team across social media, performance campaigns, brand communication and pitch decks. You should be curious about global creative work, emerging trends and new visual styles, with a strong eye for premium, high-quality design.

Who We’re Looking For

2–3 years of experience as a Visualizer, Graphic Designer, Art-based Creative or similar role.

• Strong experience in social media and digital creatives.
• Experience creating performance/paid social creatives.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong conceptualisation, visualization and visual storytelling skills.
• Good understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, colour and imagery.
• Ability to develop a visual direction, not just execute a given reference.
• Strong awareness of current social, design and editing trends.
• Regularly follows global brands, agencies, designers and creative work.
• Comfortable working across different brands, categories and visual styles.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain creative thinking.
• Proactive, collaborative and open to feedback.
• Design/Art School qualification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Concept & Visualisation

• Translate briefs and creative ideas into strong visual concepts and executions.
• Explore compositions, imagery, typography and visual treatments to arrive at the right direction.
• Ensure work is creative, relevant, polished and brand-appropriate.

Social & Performance Creatives

• Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Develop static posts, carousels, stories, digital ads and other social formats.
• Create performance-focused creatives with strong visual hooks, clear communication and variations when required.

Pitch Decks

• Develop visual directions, moodboards, key visuals and sample executions for pitch decks.
• Help create presentations with a strong, cohesive and premium visual narrative.

Trends & Inspiration

• Stay updated with global design, advertising, social media and editing trends.
• Research inspiring work from global brands, agencies and designers.
• Bring relevant references and new visual approaches to the team.

Collaboration & Quality

• Work closely with the Art Director, designers, copywriters and creative team.
• Take ownership from visualisation to final execution.
• Maintain high standards of craft, detail, typography, composition and overall visual quality.
