Job summary

Retail Insights in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Data Visualization/BI professional to design, build, and optimize dashboards that translate complex data into clear business insights. You will work with stakeholders to define KPIs, implement reporting frameworks, and ensure data accuracy across enterprise-scale dashboards.

The role requires strong SQL and data modeling skills, proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Looker, and experience in Agile delivery within Retail or E-commerce contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles.
• Power BI/Tableau/Looker proficiency.
• Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and reports.
• Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
• Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong advantage.

• Act as a visualization subject-matter expert and mentor junior analysts
• Drive continuous improvement in data storytelling and visualization standards
