Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking a Data Visualization/BI professional to join our Bengaluru team. You will design and maintain enterprise dashboards that translate data into actionable insights.

Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, optimize data models, ensure data quality, and mentor junior analysts within an Agile environment. Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau or Looker and SQL is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization or BI roles
• Strong hands-on with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar tools
• Advanced SQL and data modeling concepts
• Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and reports
• Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable data visualizations
• Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business goals
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices
• Develop executive-level dashboards for leadership decision-making
• Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure reliable data pipelines
• Optimize dashboard performance and usability
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements
• Act as a visualization subject-matter expert and mentor junior analysts
• Drive continuous improvement in data storytelling and visualization standards
