Flags Communications is looking for a talented Motion & Visual Designer based in India to turn concepts into stunning visuals across digital platforms.

You will handle motion graphics, graphic design for social media and branding materials, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver on-brand visuals while meeting deadlines. A portfolio showcasing motion work and static design is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 4-7 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Graphic Design (advertising agency experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro (must).
• Strong typography, colour theory, layouts, and brand guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
• Develop video transitions, text animations, logo animations, and storyboard concepts.
• Edit raw footage, add effects, sound syncing, and final finishing.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics:

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos for social media, digital ads, and brand campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing video transitions, text animations, logo animations, and storyboard concepts.
• Edit raw footage, add effects, sound syncing, and final finishing.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and copywriters to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video formats.

Graphic Designing:

• Design creative assets: social media posts, banners, brochures, event creatives, posters, and branding materials.
• Develop layouts, illustrations, infographics, and campaign visual themes.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure unified brand communication.
• Adapt designs across different platformsprint, digital, outdoor, etc.

Team & Client Coordination:

• Understand briefs from the creative / client servicing team and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Present concepts and make revisions based on feedback.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and video ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Animation, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 4 -7 years of experience in Motion Graphics / Graphic Design (advertising agency experience is a plus).

Proficiency in:

• After Effects, Premiere Pro (must)
• Photoshop, Illustrator, coral draw
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D / Blender is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics + static design work.
