Qualifications

• Portfolio emphasizing professional photography and videography (industrial/corporate/tech style).
• Proficiency with camera systems, lighting setups, and audio capture.
• Advanced video editing with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to support visual outputs.
• Experience managing large media libraries with structured storage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content across facilities, labs, events, leadership interactions, and product showcases.
• Own end-to-end production: concept, scripting, shot planning, shoot, editing, color grading, sound, finishing.
• Translate technical subjects into clear, visually compelling narratives aligned with brand and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture milestones and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a compliant digital asset management system with tagging and version control.
• Adhere to confidentiality and IP protection standards for sensitive content.
• Adapt assets for social media, website, investor decks, internal comms, and events.
• Maintain Dhruva Space’s visual identity across outputs and outputs.

Visual Designer (Photography & Videography)

Dhruva Space Private Limited is seeking a Visual Designer with a strong core in photography and videography to drive high-quality visual storytelling across the company’s brand, product, and corporate communications. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and technical precision, with a clear mandate to capture, produce, and manage visual assets that support strategic Marketing and PR objectives.

As a member of the PR, Comms & Marketing teams, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Leadership stakeholders, to document and translate complex Space Technologies into compelling visual narratives, while operating within a Confidentiality-driven environment.

This full-time and on-site role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end content production within one of India’s leading private Space companies, including access to critical programs, facilities, and leadership moments that require discretion and professional maturity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content across facilities, labs, events, leadership interactions, and product showcases.
• Own the end-to-end production cycle: pre-production (concept, scripting, shot planning), production (shoot execution), and post-production (editing, color grading, sound, finishing).
• Translate technical subjects into clear, visually compelling narratives aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture key milestones, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a structured, compliance-ready digital asset management system, ensuring proper tagging, version control, backups, and controlled access.
• Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality protocols, IP sensitivity, and data security standards while handling all multimedia content.
• Adapt and optimize visual assets for multiple platforms including social media, website, investor decks, internal communications, and events.
• Maintain consistency with Dhruva Space’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all outputs.
• Support rapid-turnaround content requirements without compromising on quality or accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong portfolio with a clear emphasis on professional photography and videography (industrial, corporate, tech, or documentary-style work preferred).
• Proven expertise in camera systems, lighting setups, audio capture, and on-ground shoot execution.
• Advanced proficiency in video editing and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) to support integrated visual outputs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of media files with structured storage, archival, and retrieval systems.
• Clear understanding of confidentiality, IP protection, and secure handling of sensitive visual content; non-negotiable in a Deep-Tech/Defence-aligned environment.
• Strong storytelling ability with attention to framing, composition, pacing, and narrative clarity.
• Ability to operate independently on shoots while aligning with broader strategic direction.
• High attention to detail, strong time management, and comfort working in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
• Familiarity with Space, Aerospace, or Deep-Tech sectors is a plus, but not a blocker if fundamentals are strong.
