We are looking for a Visual Designer who can decode briefs, design across touchpoints, and drive quality under strict timelines while staying curious, collaborative, and sharp.

What you will do

• Translate briefs into clear, high quality design outcomes across multiple platforms and formats
• Contribute to concepting and brainstorming, and push ideas beyond the obvious first output
• Take ownership of execution including layout, typography, composition, and visual consistency
• Support design leadership and help guide junior designers and collaborators to maintain quality and alignment
• Manage timelines and deliverables with strong prioritization and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with the team in office to iterate quickly and improve output

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience working within a design team in a studio, agency, or in house setup
• Strong visual fundamentals including typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition
• Ability to understand and break down a brief, ask the right questions, and propose solutions
• Comfort working in a high ownership, fast paced environment with strict timelines
• A growth mindset with openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take responsibility

Tools and skills

• Strong working proficiency with Adobe tools is mandatory
• Figma experience is preferred
• Comfortable exploring new tools and workflows to improve quality and speed, including AI assisted workflows when relevant
• Working understanding of motion design from a direction and reference lens. You do not need to execute complex motion, but you should know what good motion looks like and how to guide it
