Job summary

Vatatree Consulting in Bengaluru is seeking a Visual Designer for an in-office role. With 1-2 years of experience, you will craft visual stories across campaigns, create packaging prints, and design in-store collaterals for retail spaces.

You will work with Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects, Procreate and Canva to deliver on-brand digital ads and video content for social media and websites built on Shopify.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design or Visual Arts.
• Experience: 1–3 years with a strong portfolio of visual design work.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

VISUAL DESIGNER*

Role & Responsibilities

• *Visual Storytelling* Expand campaign concept across multiple touchpoints through strong visual storytelling using illustrations, motion graphics for social media & website on Shopify.
• *Print & Packaging* Create prints, patterns & composition for packaging.
• *In-store Collaterals* Graphic design for standees, talkers, window display for retail space.
• *Digital Ad Creatives* Create ad creatives that align with the overall campaign theme and brand guidelines.
• *Design Software experience* Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma.
• *Video Editing & Animation* Using After Effects, Procreate, Canva

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 1-3 years of proven professional design experience, accompanied by a strong portfolio of visual design work.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop).
