Job summary

Fibr AI in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) is seeking a visual designer to own the entire visual language across marketing, brand, product storytelling, and social. You'll shape how the startup presents itself to the world and collaborate with founders and the marketing team.

This is an early-stage, in-office role where you'll translate bold ideas into modern visuals, maintain a cohesive design system, and drive campaigns from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• About 2 years of experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or brand designer.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Ability to translate product concepts into clean, modern graphics (bonus Framer).
• Self-starter mindset, capable of taking a brief and running with it.
• Enjoys collaborating with the team to shape and refine ideas.
• Craft over speed: design is refined collaboratively, not rushed.
• Experience delivering across web, social, decks, and presentations.
• Comfort with AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly).
• Portfolio and resume required; portfolio strongly preferred.

About the Role

Got an eye for design and a love for making complex things look effortless? This is your shot to own the entire visual language of Fibr.ai, across marketing, brand, product storytelling, and social. Your work will directly shape how a fast-growing AI startup shows up to the world. You'll work hand in hand with founders and the marketing team, turning bold ideas into visuals that are modern, memorable, and impossible to scroll past.

Your Work Will Include (a.k.a. What You'll Get To Create)

• Designing marketing graphics, campaign assets, website visuals, and product explainers


• Creating social content, email graphics, ads, landing page assets, and presentation decks


• Producing UI inspired visuals that bring our product story alive


• Contributing to brand evolution, visual identity, and creative direction


• (Preferred) Creating short motion graphics, animations, and micro interactions


• Collaborating with product teams to maintain a cohesive design system


• Brainstorming creative concepts for launches, campaigns, and events

What We're Looking For

Must have skills:

• About 2 years of experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or brand designer


• Proficiency with Illustrator, Canva, and Figma


• Ability to think visually and translate product concepts into clean, modern graphics (bonus if you also know Framer)


• A self starter mindset, comfortable taking a brief and running with it, and equally comfortable asking for direction when needed


• Enjoys collaborating closely with the team to shape and refine ideas until they land well


• Creativity, attention to detail, and a product focused design mindset


• Ability to deliver high quality work across multiple formats (web, social, presentations)


• Comfortable working with AI tools for design (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)


• Experience with AI image generation, prompt crafting, and AI assisted creative workflows


• Strong work ethic and reliability, someone the team can count on


• Portfolio and resume required; a portfolio of past work is highly preferred

Preferred but not mandatory:

• Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)


• Hands on experience with Framer (big plus), or familiarity with Webflow and website design principles


• Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or tech products


• Prior startup or fast paced environment experience
