Job summary

WinnerBrands is a design-led furniture and home lifestyle brand seeking a Visual Design Associate (0–3 years) to support the design team in creating compelling visual assets across brand touchpoints. You will collaborate with senior designers and marketing to bring creative ideas to life while building a real-world portfolio.

You will gain hands-on experience with social, print, and digital materials, aligning visuals with brand standards and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency — or keen interest in learning — design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma.
• A strong visual sensibility: good fundamentals in typography, layout, colour theory, and composition.
• Ability to manage time across multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a fast-paced design environment.

Role Overview

As a Visual Design Intern / Associate, you will support the design team in creating compelling visual assets across brand touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a desire to learn how design contributes to brand identity and user experience. You will work closely with senior designers, marketing, and cross‑functional teams to help bring creative ideas to life while building real‑world portfolio work.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Production & Asset Creation

• Assist in producing visual designs for digital channels: social media, newsletters, web banners, ads, blogs, and product imagery with AI.

• Support creation of print‑ready assets for packaging, lookbooks, retail displays, and event materials.

• Prepare layouts, typography treatments, colour compositions, and image treatments that align with brand standards.

Collaboration & Creative Support

• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing to interpret briefs into engaging visuals that reflect brand tone and strategy.

• Participate in creative reviews and critique sessions with constructive feedback.

• Maintain consistency of brand elements and visual systems across formats and platforms.

Learning & Trend Research

• Stay updated on design and lifestyle trends to inform visual directions and inspiration.

• Assist in organising and updating design files and libraries for efficient team use.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency — or keen interest in learning — design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.

• A strong visual sensibility: good fundamentals in typography, layout, colour theory, and composition.

Preferred (for Associate level)

• Creating visual designs for brands or creative projects.
