Visual Communication Designer
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer / Creative Communication Designer to build and execute visual communication across digital, social, e-commerce, performance marketing, and print. The role involves translating brand ideas and marketing objectives into strong, consistent, and engaging visual experiences across multiple touchpoints.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand aesthetics, digital design, visual storytelling, and current content formats, while being comfortable working across both design and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email & CRM Design
- Design visually engaging email campaigns, newsletters, product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer communication.
- Develop email templates that are aligned with the brand's visual identity and communication guidelines.
- Set up and implement email campaigns and customer journeys within Klaviyo .
- Ensure designs are responsive, consistent, and optimised for different devices.
2. Social Media & Content Design
- Create social media assets across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms , including:
- Static posts
- Carousels
- Stories
- Reels
- Campaign creatives
- Product-focused content
- Launch and promotional communication
- Develop visual concepts and content systems that maintain consistency while keeping the brand's social presence fresh and engaging.
- Adapt creative concepts across different formats and platform requirements.
3. Website & E-commerce Design
- Design website banners, promotional creatives, collection assets, landing-page visuals, and other digital touchpoints.
- Contribute to UI/UX website layouts , from wireframes and page structures to high-fidelity visual design.
- Create visually cohesive website experiences across desktop and mobile.
- Ensure website visuals support both brand storytelling and commercial objectives.
4. AI-Assisted Imagery & Creative Production
- Create and refine AI-generated imagery for campaigns, social media, e-commerce, and other brand requirements.
- Experiment with AI tools to develop new visual directions, compositions, product imagery, and creative concepts.
- Retouch and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet brand, product, and quality standards.
- Explore emerging AI-assisted design workflows to improve creative efficiency without compromising visual quality.
5. Performance Marketing
- Design creative assets for paid media and performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Develop multiple creative variations, formats, and visual directions based on campaign objectives.
- Adapt existing brand and campaign assets into performance-driven formats.
6. Print & Offline Communication
- Design print collateral including brochures, invitations, lookbooks, packaging-related assets, promotional material, and other brand communication.
- Prepare artwork for production while maintaining attention to typography, layout, colour, imagery, and print specifications.
- Ensure consistency between digital and physical brand experiences.
7. Photo & Video Editing
- Edit and retouch product, campaign, lifestyle, and social media imagery.
- Assist with basic video editing for reels, social content, campaigns, and digital communication.
- Crop, colour-correct, retouch, resize, and adapt visual assets across multiple formats.
- Work with existing photography and video footage to create new content variations.
8. UGC & Short-Form Content
- Develop and edit in house UGC-style videos for social media and performance marketing.
- Transform raw UGC footage into polished, platform-ready content while retaining a natural and authentic feel.
- Create hooks, visual treatments, transitions, text overlays, and edits suited to short-form content.
