Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Experience with motion graphics and 3D visuals is preferred.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly creative and talented Visual & Graphic Designer to strengthen our Central Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality creative assets that support brand building, customer engagement, product marketing, and corporate communications. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual experiences.

Key Areas of Responsibility

ESSENTIAL

• Conceptualize and create visually impactful marketing and communication materials
• Design digital assets for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising
• Create and edit videos, motion graphics, and animations for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Develop 3D visuals, renders, or models to support product presentations and marketing materials, as required
• Design presentations, brochures, catalogues, and other marketing collateral using tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign
• Utilize AI-based design and content generation tools to enhance creative output and improve design turnaround time
• Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency and quality standards across all channels
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand design briefs and translate them into effective visual communication
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and source files for ongoing and future use

• Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, including new AI design tools, to continuously improve creative output
