Indo European Study Abroad is seeking enthusiastic Visa Counsellor Interns to join our team in New Delhi. This internship offers hands-on training in student counselling, client communication, and the study abroad industry, with mentorship from experienced counsellors.

You will work closely with seasoned professionals to learn the complete student counselling and admission process, gain exposure to CRM systems, and potentially transition to a full-time role based on performance.

Qualifications

• 12th pass minimum qualification; freshers welcome.

• Basic computer literacy and MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students about studying abroad and educational goals.
• Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide information on universities, courses, visas, and admissions.
• Follow up with prospects and keep CRM updated.
• Coordinate with admissions and visa teams for processing.
• Aim to meet daily and monthly counselling targets.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Visa Counsellor Interns to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in student counselling, client communication, and the study abroad industry. You will work closely with experienced professionals and learn the complete student counselling and admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students interested in studying abroad and understand their educational goals.
• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in visits.
• Provide accurate information about universities, courses, countries, admission procedures, and visa requirements.
• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain student records and update the CRM system accurately.
• Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams for application processing.
• Assist students throughout the admission and visa process.
• Achieve daily and monthly counselling targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional relationship with students.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
