Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers through virtual channels (phone, video calls, email, etc.).
• Achieve sales targets by promoting banking products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, insurance, investments, and loans.
• Provide personalized financial solutions based on customer needs and financial goals.
• Conduct regular engagement activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer queries, service requests, and complaints promptly while ensuring quality service.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the assigned customer portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, compliance standards, and bank policies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with branch and support teams for seamless customer servicing.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Speaks & understands Punjabi fluently.
• 1-5 years of experience in Banking, Relationship Management, Sales, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers through virtual interactions.
• Knowledge of banking products, investment solutions, and financial planning concepts.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM tools, and virtual communication channels.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
• Candidates with experience in Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth Banking, or Tele-Sales Banking will be preferred.
