Job summary

Eyeline Studios is seeking a Virtual Production Producer to oversee budgets, schedules and day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The role reports to the VP of Production.

We expect strong experience in live-action and CG VFX pipelines, plus leadership of production teams and proficiency with ShotGrid, Google Suite, and MS Office. Applicants in Hyderabad or willing to relocate will be considered.

Qualifications

• You are an experienced Producer within Visual Pioneering or VFX with pre-production leadership.
• You understand live-action and CG VFX pipelines and terminology.
• Excellent communication to engage clients, artists and stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling with proven project management experience.
• Experience with bidding, estimating, and proposal creation for new projects.
• You have production team leadership experience and tool familiarity (ShotGrid, JIRA).
• Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.

The Virtual Production Producer will be responsible for managing the project's budget and schedule, overseeing day-to-day production operations, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects at high quality standards. This role reports to the VP of Production at Eyeline Studios.

Requirements

• You are an experienced Producer within the Visual Pioneering or VFX industry with pre-production and development experience leading the concept and visualization process either the client or vendor side, with a proven track record of delivering high quality work
• You have a thorough understanding of live-action and CG based VFX methodologies, pipelines and terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with clients, artists, and stakeholders, as well as build partnerships with technology teams
• Strong project management (budgeting, scheduling), resource allocation, organization and strategic planning skills
• Experience with bidding, estimating, and proposal creation for new projects
• You are self-motivated and focused, with excellent problem solving and decision making skills, adept at handling a fast-paced on-set environment
• Previous experience of leading and managing production teams, as well as strong knowledge of production management tools and software (ShotGrid, Google Suite, MS Office Suite, JIRA)
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills
