Growup Technologies is hiring Virtual Assistants to support Indian and international clients in a remote, full-time role. Training precedes deployment across multiple domains, with long-term opportunities based on performance.

The position suits candidates seeking flexible remote work and development across 150+ business tasks. Selected VAs will join a program offering two profiles: half-time (4 hours) or full-time (8 hours) and will undergo a structured training path before assignment to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication (English).
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Open to 1-month unpaid training.

Responsibilities

• Executive and administrative support for clients.
• Online research and data gathering for projects.
• Assist in project management tasks and coordination.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Provide operations and HR assistance as needed.
• Contribute to content writing and website/development tasks.

Preference - Non-Technical profiles Work Type: Work from Home (Full-Time) Working Days: 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday - with even Saturdays off ) Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities

A VA is a remote employee and is deployed on one or more jobs post-training to our Indian/International Clients. You will be assigned a client once you are nearing the completion of your training. The jobs are of permanent nature and the retention rate solely depends on the VA.

A VA will be trained in all the domains enlisted below, and depending on their performance in the training, they will be deployed to one or more domains. The VA’s skillset will be matched with the client’s scope of work.

We hire two kinds of virtual assistants

• Half Virtual Assistant (4 hours)
• Full Virtual Assistant (8 hours)
