Overview

We’re building a high-output AI video factory focused on short‑form and long‑form viral content (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok). If you can turn raw ideas into addictive, high‑retention scripts that perform with AI video tools and thrive in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Script Factory (Core Responsibility)
• Generate 4–5 complete video scripts per day
• Ideation, viral hook creation, and full prompt engineering for AI tools
• Script QC (structure, pacing, retention hooks, CTA)
• Maintain a living script library with templates, performance data, and iterations
• AI video generation and quality control
• Create detailed prompts for AI video generators (Runway, Kling, Heygen, Seedance, Magnific, etc.)
• Generate videos and perform strict output measurement
• Flag and fix issues before handing over to editors
• Video editing pipeline management
• Work directly with 2–3 dedicated video editors
• Provide clear editing briefs, style guides, and feedback loops
• Final QC on edited videos (virality score, pacing, subtitles, hooks)
• Publishing & growth: schedule and post content across platforms
• Write compelling captions, titles, and thumbnail briefs
• Track performance daily (views, watch time, CTR, shares, revenue)
• Analytics & iteration: deep‑diving into analytics to understand what’s working
• Document winning patterns and update script templates weekly
• Run rapid experiments (A/B testing hooks, formats, trends)

Success Metrics

• 4–5 fully published, high‑quality videos per day
• Average view count growth
• Retention rate (%)
• Consistent delivery of viral winners (follows per 1K views)
• Strong documentation and process improvement
