Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, Meta ads, short-form videos, product videos and UGC content.
• Create multiple creative variations from a single concept with different hooks, openings, CTAs, visuals.
• Create AI-generated videos using tools like Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora, HeyGen and AI avatars/voiceovers.
• Use AI for image-to-video, text-to-video, voiceovers and other creative requirements.
• Assist with basic scripting, hooks and creative concepts; repurpose existing content.
• Create content in Hindi/Hinglish and English; add captions, graphics, animations, music, and SFX.

Budget: Keep within the junior/mid-level range; we are not looking for an expensive/senior profile.

Profile we need

We need a hands-on video editor who can also create AI-based videos. The person doesn't need to be an AI expert, but should have some practical exposure to AI video/creative tools and be willing to learn and experiment.

The focus should be on high-volume digital/performance marketing content, especially Reels, Meta ads, UGC-style videos and product creatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Reels, Meta ads, short-form videos, product videos and UGC content.
• Create multiple creative variations from a single concept - different hooks, openings, CTAs, visuals etc.
• Create AI-generated videos using tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, AI avatars/voiceovers etc.
• Use AI for image generation, image-to-video, text-to-video, voiceovers and other creative requirements.
• Assist with basic scripting, hooks and creative concepts.
• Repurpose existing videos/content into multiple new creatives.
• Create Hindi/Hinglish and English video content.
• Add captions, graphics, animations, music, voiceovers and sound effects.
• Keep up with trending Reel/video formats and adapt them for our brands.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to create and iterate creatives based on campaign performance.
• Maintain an organised library of raw footage, creatives, AI assets and templates.

We are not looking for someone who only edits videos given to them.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a simple brief and independently work towards:

What to look for

• Strong portfolio of short-form/social media videos.
• Good command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut or similar.
• Some hands-on AI video generation experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of Reels and performance marketing creatives.
• Creative, fast and willing to experiment.
• Strong execution skills are more important than formal qualifications.
• 1-3 years experience is sufficient; don't over-index on years of experience if the portfolio is strong.
• Candidates with strong editing skills but limited AI exposure can also be considered if they demonstrate the ability and willingness to learn.
