Job summary

Som Project in India is seeking a creative Videographer/Video Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content for our brand, products, projects and social media.

You will plan shoots, capture various formats including reels and product videos, and edit with precise color, sound, pacing and transitions.

A strong portfolio and experience with interiors, architecture or premium brands is preferred; capability to manage shoots end-to-end is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of videography and video content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing skills.
• Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan shoots in coordination with the Social Media Strategist and Founders.
• Understand mood boards, scripts, references and shot lists before every shoot.
• Shoot Instagram Reels, Stories, campaign films and product videos.
• Capture styling transformations, founder-led content, behind-the-scenes footage, product demonstrations and making-process videos.
• Film products accurately to represent their form, scale, colour, texture and finish.
• Edit videos into polished, platform‑ready content with suitable pacing, transitions, colour correction, sound and music.
• Create multiple edits and shorter cuts from the same footage for different social media platforms.
• Conduct regular shoots at the office, warehouse, studio and external locations.
• Organise, label, back up and maintain all raw footage and final video files.
• Maintain a structured digital content library accessible to the creative and marketing team.
• Handle basic lighting, audio, camera and stabilisation equipment.
• Deliver all content according to the approved monthly content calendar and production deadlines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to continuously improve the quality and visual identity of VARZO's content.
