Job summary

Brand Fanatics in Pune is seeking a proactive video editor/content creator to support editing reels, stories, and ad clips. You will manage raw footage, assist in post-production tasks like color correction and audio syncing, and help on-location shoots.

Aiming to grow with a fast-paced agency, you will translate creative briefs into engaging edits, adapt formats for Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, and collaborate with marketing to deliver timely content.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in video editing or content creation.
• Familiarity with social media video formats and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, audio syncing and text animation.
• Interest in social media content and performance-driven creatives.

Requirements

• 01 year of experience in video editing or content creation. Freshers with college projects, freelance work, personal projects, or YouTube content are welcome.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Good understanding of video editing fundamentals, visual composition, pacing, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of colour correction, sound editing, transitions, and text animation.
• Interest in social media content, digital marketing, and performance-driven creatives.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into engaging video content.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve in a fast-paced agency environment.

Desirable Skills

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• Exposure to AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools is a plus.
• Curiosity to experiment with new editing techniques, formats, and AI-assisted workflows.
