Job summary

Visko Hr in Indore seeks a creative video content producer to shoot daily videos at the factory, office and sites, and to craft engaging Instagram Reels and promotional content.

You will edit with hooks and transitions, manage the brand’s Instagram account, plan a content calendar, and develop lead-generating content that showcases products and company processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in creating engaging video content for social media.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos independently.
• Experience managing a brand’s Instagram account is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and growth tactics.
• Strong storytelling and visual design sense.
• Basic graphic design using Canva helpful.
• Willingness to collaborate with management on product/company updates.

Shoot daily videos and content at our factory, office and project sites.

Create engaging Instagram Reels, videos and promotional content.

Edit videos professionally with strong hooks, transitions, captions, music, effects and storytelling.

Manage and maintain our Instagram account.

Plan and execute a regular content calendar.

Create content showcasing our products, manufacturing process, projects, machinery, quality and company story.

Develop lead-generating content, not just entertainment/reach-based content.

Write/assist with captions, hooks, CTAs and hashtags.

Monitor Instagram performance, engagement, reach and leads.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro or similar tools.

Good knowledge of Instagram Reels and social media algorithms.

Good understanding of framing, lighting, camera angles and video shooting.

Ability to create professional and visually impressive content.

Strong sense of storytelling and creativity.

Understanding of hooks, CTAs and lead-generation content.

Basic knowledge of graphic design/Canva will be an advantage.

Should be comfortable shooting videos independently.

Previous experience handling a business/brand's Instagram account will be preferred.
