About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of video editing, visual design, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging digital content, promotional videos, social media creatives, and marketing assets that align with the company's brand identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, digital campaigns, property promotions, project walkthroughs, and corporate communications.
• Design creative visual content, including social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and digital advertisements.
• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve video editing, image generation, content creation, and overall creative workflow.
• Collaborate with the marketing and digital marketing teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual quality, typography, colour schemes, and messaging across all creative assets.
• Work on video colour correction, audio synchronisation, sound editing, subtitles, and final rendering.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific formats.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and AI-based creative technologies.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creative assets within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Technical Proficiency

• Video Editing: Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, transitions, pacing, storytelling, and content optimisation.
• Adobe Premiere Pro: Proficiency in video editing, sequencing, colour correction, and audio synchronisation.
• Adobe After Effects: Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and animated text.
• Adobe Photoshop: Ability to create and edit images, thumbnails, marketing creatives, and visual assets.
• Graphic Designing: Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual communication.
• AI Tools: Understanding of AI-powered tools for video editing, image generation, animation, voiceovers, and creative automation.
• Illustrator: Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, icons, logos, and design assets.
• Additional Tools: Familiarity with AI design platforms and other creative software will be an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in video editing, graphic designing, or digital content creation.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and creative projects.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and translate them into visually appealing content.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the marketing team.
• Knowledge of social media trends, digital advertising formats, and audience engagement techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, property marketing, digital advertising, or a creative agency.
• Experience creating property walkthroughs, project promotion videos, real estate advertisements, and lead-generation creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-based video generation, background removal, image enhancement, and automated editing tools.
