Leap in Bengaluru, India is seeking an AI Video Editor – Motion Graphics with 1–2 years of experience. You will blend strong video editing with motion design and an AI-first approach to content creation, partnering with creative and marketing teams to deliver engaging video content.

You will edit for social and campaigns, create motion graphics, and use AI tools to generate visuals and assets. Collaborate to push boundaries and iterate quickly under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in video editing or motion graphics.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of motion design and storytelling.
• Experience with AI creative/video tools and experimentation.
• Able to create visuals from scratch and iterate quickly.
• Dedicated to meeting tight timelines.
• Bonus: experience with Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Flux or ElevenLabs.

Responsibilities

• We’re looking for an AI Video Editor – Motion Graphics with 1–2 years of experience who can combine strong video editing and motion design skills with an AI-first approach to content creation. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to create engaging, high-quality video content while using AI to experiment, move faster and push the boundaries of what’s possible.

The charter for this role will include:

• Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, typography and visual effects.
• Use AI tools to generate visuals, video assets, animations, voiceovers and other creative elements.

Ideal Persona:

• 1–2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics or a similar creative role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of motion design, animation, typography, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative/video tools and a genuine interest in experimenting with them.
• Someone who can create visuals from scratch, not just edit existing footage.
• Strong visual taste with an understanding of what works for social and digital content.
• Fast, curious and comfortable experimenting with new tools and formats.
• Able to take feedback, iterate quickly and deliver within tight timelines.
