Job summary

Pocket FM is hiring an AI Video Editor to power our performance creative pipeline in Bengaluru. You will pair high-fidelity editing with generative AI workflows to build scroll-stopping marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with ACDs and Marketing Managers to turn narrative audio into polished, platform-ready cuts, edit promos, and develop reusable motion assets to accelerate production velocity.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve is a bonus
• Portfolio of audio-driven storytelling, motion graphics, and short-form ads
• Solid understanding of platform specs, retention curves, and performance marketing principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-informed production environment

• Edit high-impact promos, trailers, and snippets that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds to drive conversions

• Build dynamic video templates and reusable motion assets to maximize production velocity
• Collaborate with ACDs and Marketing Managers to turn narrative audio into polished, platform-ready cuts

Qualifications

• Strong command of Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve proficiency is a bonus)
• Demonstrated portfolio of audio-driven storytelling, motion graphics, and short-form ads
• Solid understanding of digital platform specs, retention curves, and performance marketing principles
