Job summary

Growth For Impact offers an internship for aspiring video editors to work on social media content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more.

You will edit short and long form videos, add captions in English and regional languages, and experiment with AI-powered workflows while building a portfolio and earning a monthly stipend of ₹8,000–₹10,000.

You'll collaborate with a creative team, learn best practices for engagement, and gain hands-on experience across end-to-end production.

ROLE

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, promotional content, and podcast edits.
• Repurpose long-form videos and podcasts into multiple high-quality short-form clips.
• Add subtitles in English and Hindi/Marathi.
• Enhance videos using transitions, background music, sound effects, basic motion graphics, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Ensure videos are optimized for audience engagement while maintaining brand identity and visual consistency.
• Suggest creative improvements during the editing process.
• Explore AI tools that improve editing speed and production quality.
• Stay updated with emerging social media trends and editing styles.
• Design basic thumbnails or supporting creatives using Canva.
• Assist during content shoots whenever required.

REQUIREMENTS
