About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands‑on experience in creating engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand‑building initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to learn industry best practices while contributing to real projects.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Assist in editing raw footage into engaging videos for social media platforms, website content, and marketing campaigns.
• Add basic transitions, text overlays, subtitles, music, and effects to enhance video quality.
• Support in creating short‑form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Perform basic video trimming, audio syncing, and formatting.

Content Creation & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing team to understand creative briefs and campaign objectives.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different platforms.
• Ensure videos align with the brand's visual identity and communication style.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and trends.

Asset Management

• Organize and maintain video files, project folders, and creative assets.
• Ensure proper naming conventions and version control for all projects.
• Assist in maintaining a structured content library.

Learning & Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and AI‑powered video tools.
• Explore creative formats, transitions, and storytelling techniques to improve engagement.
• Learn and experiment with emerging video editing and content creation technologies.

RequirementsEducation

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Design, Film Making, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Familiarity with video editing concepts such as transitions, cuts, audio synchronization, and subtitles.
• Understanding of social media video formats and content trends.
• Exposure to AI‑based video editing tools is a plus.
