Job summary

Unibots in Delhi, India, seeks a creative Video Editor to join our AI Microdrama team. You will transform AI-generated clips, raw footage, scripts and assets into engaging microdramas for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and other vertical platforms. You will ensure pacing, continuity and high-quality audio-visual storytelling in 9:16 format.

Ideal candidates will have strong editing skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with AI and creative teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit AI-generated video footage into short, engaging microdrama episodes.
• Follow scripts and storyboards to create the right flow and emotions.
• Ensure character and scene continuity throughout the episode.
• Add cuts, transitions, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and other elements.
• Maintain strong pacing to keep viewers engaged from the first few seconds.
• Create videos in 9:16 vertical format for short-form platforms.
• Work with the creative and AI teams to improve video quality and storytelling.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
• Ensure the final video has proper audio, visuals, timing, and overall quality.
