• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and modern short-form content formats.
• Good understanding of storytelling, hooks, pacing, audience retention, and visual communication.
• Experience editing performance marketing creatives and digital advertisements is highly preferred.
• Ability to identify trends and quickly adapt them into engaging video content.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
