Broadway Editorial, based in Delhi, is seeking a skilled Video Editor to move with trends while delivering craft across reels, shorts, and longer pieces.

You'll edit fast-turnaround content and produced segments, collaborating with the editorial team to shape the visual voice and ensure consistency across formats for social platforms. You will work across a range of stories, from quick cuts to more produced pieces, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

Broadway Editorial is building a fast-moving content engine across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube — from quick trial-room hot takes to produced talk-show segments. We're looking for a Video Editor who can move at the speed of trends while still bringing craft to the bigger, named formats.

This role covers the full range: fast-turnaround reels and shorts cut for mobile, as well as longer, more considered pieces edited on desktop. You'll be working across a mix of raw, on-the-floor content and higher-production hero pieces, so range and speed both matter.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form content (reels, shorts, trend/opinion clips) end-to-end — often shot and cut same-day
• Edit on Adobe Premiere Pro for longer or more produced pieces, and on phone/mobile editing apps for fast-turnaround, on-the-go content
• Work across a range of formats — from quick, low-lift daily content to weekly recurring series to monthly high-production pieces — adjusting pacing, style, and polish to match
• Add captions, sound design, pacing cuts, and trend-appropriate visual treatments that keep content native to each platform (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form)
• Collaborate closely with the editorial/content team to translate raw footage and rough concepts into sharp, watchable final cuts
• Maintain a consistent visual voice across formats while adapting cut style to what a given piece needs (a hot-take clip edits very differently from a produced talk-show segment)
• Organize and manage footage/project files efficiently to support quick turnarounds

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience editing video professionally
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Comfortable and quick editing directly on phone (CapCut or similar mobile tools) for fast-turnaround content
• An eye for pacing, trends, and what makes short-form content stop the scroll
• Ability to work across multiple projects/turnaround speeds at once — from same-day cuts to more produced pieces
• Based in Delhi and able to work in-person/on-ground as needed for shoots

Nice to Have

• Experience editing for a brand or media page with a strong point of view/voice
• Familiarity with motion graphics/basic animation, sound design, or color grading
• An eye for culture/trend content — understanding what's currently working on Instagram/YouTube Shorts
