Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking a dynamic content specialist to shoot and edit videos for reels and short-form formats using camera and mobile devices. You will plan indoor and outdoor shoots, manage lighting and audio, and craft engaging thumbnails and promotional creatives.

You will produce content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms, while keeping brand consistency. Freshers with strong portfolios may apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video shooting, editing, and graphic designing.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos independently using camera and mobile.
• Proficiency in the listed editing tools and design software.
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience invideo shooting, editing, and graphic designing

• Ability toshoot and edit videos independentlyusing camera and mobile

• Proficiency in:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro

  • After Effects (basic to intermediate)

  • Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

  • CapCut

• Good understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling

Experience

• 2–5years of relevant experience
