Position: Video Editing Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end video editing projects using OpenShot or Shotcut.
• Demonstrate real-world editing workflows for AI training, including sequencing and pacing.
• Clearly explain editing decisions in written and verbal formats.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and production quality.
• Troubleshoot technical or creative issues and document solutions.
• Participate in feedback sessions to refine editing best practices.
