DRIMS ALLY PRIVATE LIMITED in Thane (Mumbai) is seeking a Video Editor to produce high volumes of ad creatives weekly, blending traditional editing with AI tools.

You will handle 10-30 variations weekly for A/B testing, use AI-generated b-roll and voiceover, and stay current with new AI tools. This is an on-site role, 6 days/week, 10am-7pm, Thane.

Mumbai / Thane On-site Full-time 2+ years required

We’re hiring a Video Editor who can produce high volumes of ad creatives weekly - blending traditional video editing craft with the latest AI video generation and editing tools.

Key requirement: Must know mainstream editing software (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci) and be actively using trending AI video tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, Luma, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.). Minimum 2 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Produce 10-30 variations per week for A/B testing across stores.
• Mix in AI-generated b-roll, voiceover, lip-sync and faceless-ad techniques.
• Keep up with every new AI video tool as it ships and bring the useful ones in-house.
• Collaborate directly with media buyers and the creative strategist on winning hook formats.
• Maintain project files, raw footage and version control cleanly.

What we need from you

• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Fluency in Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve - whichever you’re fastest in.
• Hands-on experience with trending AI video tools - Runway, Sora, Kling, Luma, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs and the next three that will ship by the time you read this.
• Strong understanding of what makes short-form ad content convert - hooks, pacing, retention curves.
• Portfolio or reel of recent ad work (required).
