Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Mumbai. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production, including editing, color grading, and preparing visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, organizing and editing raw footage, integrating motion graphics, and optimizing content for various digital platforms. The role involves maintaining consistency in visual style, meeting production deadlines, and adapting edits based on stakeholder feedback. The Video Editor will also contribute ideas to enhance storytelling, audience engagement, and overall content quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to manage projects from raw footage to final output.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone and brand alignment.
• Experience creating Motion Graphics and working with Graphics for social media, ads, and brand content.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories and tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in an on-site, collaborative environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in an agency or digital marketing environment is a plus.
