Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot, responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process for branding and marketing campaigns. This role involves planning and editing video content, selecting footage, refining narrative flow, adding effects and transitions, and ensuring high-quality color grading and sound alignment. The Senior Video Editor will collaborate closely with creative, design, and social media teams to develop visually compelling videos that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, organizing media assets, creating motion graphics and visual elements, and optimizing video formats for various digital platforms. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, staying current with industry trends and tools, and contributing creative ideas to enhance overall content quality.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual aesthetics across all content.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics into video content for dynamic and engaging visual storytelling.
• Experience working with Graphics and visual design elements to support cohesive branding.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
