Qualifications

• Experience handling raw footage and delivering polished, platform-ready videos.
• Proficiency in color grading to ensure brand consistency.
• Ability to create and integrate motion graphics for intros, outros, titles, and storytelling.
• Design of visual assets and social-ready content elements.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong timing, pacing, and storytelling; on-site Surat work.
• Portfolio demonstrating video and motion work preferred.

Role Description

The Video Editor role at Studio Odkhaan is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The Video Editor will work closely with the creative team to edit marketing videos, artist features, memes, and ad content from raw footage to final deliverables. Daily tasks include assembling rough cuts, refining narrative flow, adding transitions and effects, syncing audio, and preparing content for multiple digital platforms. The role also involves collaborating on concepts, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, maintaining consistent brand styles, and meeting project deadlines. The Video Editor will participate in team reviews, provide creative input, and ensure all content aligns with Studio Odkhaan's quality and creativity standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling raw footage and delivering polished, platform-ready videos.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual tone, mood, and brand consistency across different types of content.
• Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics for dynamic intros, outros, titles, and visual storytelling elements.
• Graphics skills for designing or adapting visual assets, overlays, and social media-friendly content elements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling, with attention to detail and visual composition.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio demonstrating previous video and motion work is strongly preferred.
