Job summary

The Media Architects in Surat, Gujarat, seeks a talented video editor to join our Social Media and Content Creation team. You will edit day-to-day visual content for multiple brands, turning ideas into engaging videos that resonate with fintech and consumer audiences.

Join us to craft Instagram reels, explainers, YouTube shorts, and influencer content, using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and AI tools to push creative boundaries while maintaining high linguistic accuracy in English.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X).
• Proficient in After Effects and basic Photoshop.
• Strong command of English, with attention to spelling and grammar.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and generating prompts.
• Understanding of aspect ratios and keyframes for multi-platform videos.

Responsibilities

• Edit day-to-day visual content for multiple brands and social channels.
• Create Instagram ads, reels, explainer videos and long-form content.
• Produce YouTube shorts and videos, plus internal video content.
• Edit content for creators and influencers and social media videos.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Content Creation teams to realize concepts.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for a talented video editor based in Surat, Gujarat. You will work closely with the Social Media and Content Creation team, editing day-to-day visual content for multiple brands and making it come to life.

You will

Start-to-finish editing for content including, but not limited to:

• Jaw-dropping Instagram ads, reels and long-form content.
• Clear-as-a-bell explainer videos.
• Topical YouTube shorts and videos.
• Fabulous internal video content.
• YouTube content for creators and influencers.
• Social media videos for top-tier businesses.

Skills required

• At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X (preferred).
• Skilled in Adobe After Effects.
• Entry-level skill in Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of aspect ratios and keyframes.
• Strong hold of English to create content free of spelling and grammatical errors.
• Proficiency in AI tools like Gemini Omni, Higgsfield and Adobe Generative Fill, plus the ability to craft excellent prompts in Claude or ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• Understanding of social media trends.
• Any other hard skill such as cinematography, design or 3D/VFX is a plus.
• A good sense of humour and meme references to work into the videos.
• Attention to detail.
• Communication skills.
