Job summary

Big7 Solutions is seeking a Creative Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. You will transform raw footage into engaging videos tailored for social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is required, along with basic graphic design skills. You’ll collaborate with design and content teams to deliver on-brand content across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• 12 years of professional experience in video editing and content creation.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Filmora, CapCut or similar editing software.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Understanding of motion graphics, transitions, colour correction, audio synchronisation, and pacing.
• Ability to create engaging short-form videos and promotional content.
• Familiarity with social media formats and platform-specific content requirements.
• Knowledge of AI video generation and editing tools is an added advantage.
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Create promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, and marketing content.
• Add transitions, animations, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches for video content.

• Design basic graphics, thumbnails, titles, and other visual assets for digital platforms.
• Ensure consistent branding, visual quality, and storytelling across all video content.
• Optimise videos for different social platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
