About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, educational content, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, educational videos, and advertisements.
• Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, animations, music, and sound effects.
• Ensure videos follow the required brand style, quality, and visual guidelines.
• Work with the content and marketing team to understand video requirements.
• Select appropriate footage, music, graphics, and effects to improve storytelling.
• Maintain proper pacing, audio quality, color correction, and overall video aesthetics.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
• Keep up with current video-editing trends and social media formats.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of video composition, storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, sound editing, and subtitles.
• Ability to create attention-grabbing short-form content.
• Good creative sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional video-editing experience.
• Experience in educational, coaching, healthcare, or social-media content is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and thumbnail creation will be an advantage.
• A portfolio/showreel of previous work is preferred.
