Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Ludhiana. The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling, editing, and refining video content for various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, organizing raw footage, selecting scenes, adding transitions, and synchronizing audio and visual elements. The role also requires applying color grading, motion graphics, and basic graphic elements to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement. The Video Editor will maintain organized project files, adhere to deadlines, and proactively suggest creative ideas to improve video quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for digital content and marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, professional visual quality.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements and animations.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant educational background in Film, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and color grading work is required.
