Key Responsibilities

• Podcast Video Editing: Edit long‑form and short‑form podcast videos with a strong focus on narrative flow, conversational rhythm, and audience engagement.
• Music & Sound Design: Curate and blend background music, transitions, and effects that enhance storytelling and emotional impact.
• Reels & Shorts Production: Create platform‑optimized short‑form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn snippets) that captures key podcast moments and drives engagement.
• Storytelling through Visuals: Craft compelling narratives through creative use of cuts, pacing, and visual rhythm that align with the brand’s tone and voice.
• B‑roll & Visual Layering: Select relevant B‑rolls, images, and stock footage to enhance visual interest and message clarity.
• AI‑Driven Editing: Use AI‑based tools for tasks like transcription, auto‑captioning, audio cleanup, or rapid preview cuts to streamline editing workflows.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with platform‑specific trends, formats, and editing styles to ensure content performs well with current algorithms.
• Social Media Optimization: Adapt edits for different platforms and aspect ratios while maintaining storytelling integrity.
• Footage Management: Organize, trim, and sync multi‑camera and audio recordings efficiently while ensuring top‑notch output quality.
