Baheri Media is seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with 4–5 years of experience, capable of leading projects end-to-end. The role blends traditional editing craft with AI-powered workflows to deliver premium content for remote teams and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate shows strong storytelling, technical proficiency, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, while staying ahead of evolving content formats and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional video editing experience.
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating diverse, high-quality work (mandatory).
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video editing projects from raw footage to final output.
• Transform concepts into platform-optimized videos aligned with brand strategy.
• Leverage AI tools for advanced workflows (auto-cuts, voice enhancement, AI color grading, subtitles, etc.).
• Create reels, ads, brand, and product videos for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams for execution excellence.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video formats.
• Integrate motion graphics, sound design, and VFX as needed.
• Guide junior editors and improve editing standards.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor (4–5 years) who can seamlessly combine strong traditional editing expertise with modern AI-powered tools to produce premium, high-impact video content. The ideal candidate should possess advanced technical proficiency, strong storytelling abilities, creative judgment and the capability to independently lead projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video editing projects from raw footage to final output
• Transform concepts into engaging, platform-optimized videos aligned with brand strategy
• Leverage AI tools for advanced workflows (auto-cuts, voice enhancement, AI color grading, subtitles, background removal, AI-generated visuals, etc.)
• Create high-performing reels, ad films, brand videos, product videos, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and performance teams for execution excellence
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all video formats
• Integrate motion graphics, animations, sound design, and visual effects seamlessly
• Guide junior editors (if applicable) and improve overall editing standards
• Organize and manage media assets efficiently for scalable workflows
• Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and evolving content formats
• Ensure timely delivery without compromising creative and technical quality

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional experience in video editing
• Strong portfolio / showreel demonstrating diverse and high-quality work (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
• Working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics
• Strong hands-on experience with AI-based tools (Veo3, Firefly, ElevenLabs, Runway, etc.)
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual composition
• Strong color grading and sound design fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
