Qualifications

• Ability to follow briefs, brand guidelines, and adapt content across platforms.
• Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Excellent collaboration and communication in a fast-paced, on-site Mumbai team.
• Education or training in film, media, design; healthcare content experience is a bonus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Navi Mumbai. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into compelling video content for social media, YouTube, Google and other digital channels. Daily tasks include trimming clips, arranging sequences, adding transitions, sound and visual effects and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all video materials.

The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, repurposing long-form content into short, engaging formats and optimizing videos for various platforms. The Video Editor will maintain high technical standards, manage project timelines and contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall visual storytelling for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual output.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
• Hands-on experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
