Job summary

AnandRathi in Mumbai is seeking a talented video editor to transform raw footage into compelling brand stories. You will edit shoot-based content and animated videos, blending narrative, pacing, color, and sound to deliver polished outputs that align with our objectives.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and creative teams, experiment with new editing styles, and contribute to pre-production planning. Proficiency with AI video tools and industry-standard software is expected, and on-set shooting

Qualifications

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing tools and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., AI video generation).
• Strong understanding of pacing, music selection, color grading, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.
• Storytelling and branding alignment across video content.

Responsibilities

• Edit shoot-based content: Turn raw footage into polished video content aligned with brand tone and objectives.
• Edit animated videos: Work with animation and motion graphics to create engaging explainers, intros, outros, and more.
• Creative collaboration: Brainstorm concepts, help conceptualize video formats, and participate in pre-production planning.
• Stay up-to-date: Explore new editing styles, transitions, techniques, and technologies to keep content current and impactful.
• Shoot in-house videos: Handle all aspects of video production including lighting, sound, and camera setup.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software & Ai Tool: Google Flow, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Strong understanding of music, color grading, and post-production workflows.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation tools.
• Expert in Ai video generation.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience working in marketing or advertising settings.
• Can operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting setups confidently.
• Are comfortable directing shoots or working with talent on set.
• Have a knack for storytelling and branding.
