Job summary

ESP Engineered is looking for a Video Editor to join its core Marketing team. At SolarSquare we are building the Home-Energy brand of future India. We help homes switch to rooftop solar and move away from traditional coal electricity. We are a full-stack D2C residential solar brand - designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners across India.

In the video editor role, you will arrange, assemble, and process dozens of recordedand stock video clips into a seamless whole. You will work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment with project goals. It is critical that you adhere to established guidelines to effectively convey your message. Success in this role will be demonstrated by producing dynamic, entertaining, and audience-appropriate videos to expand market reach and increase viewer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for video projects.
• Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing and production techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 4-5 yrs as a video editor with excellent motion graphicskill using After Effects & Premiere Pro.
• Astrong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in editing both long and short-format videos.
• Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting,lighting, and sound design.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
