The role requires newsroom or digital media experience, proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals, graphics, and motion elements under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 23 years of experience as a Video Editor in news channel / business news / digital media / YouTube content.
• Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar tools.
• Good understanding of business news formats, financial storytelling, and current affairs trends.
• Experience in editing explainers, news capsules, shorts, and long-form YouTube videos.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and fast turnaround timelines.
• Strong sense of pacing, clean visuals, text placement, and audio quality.
• Basic knowledge of charts, infographics, and motion graphics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit daily business news videos, market updates, startup stories, explainers, interviews, and trending finance topics.
• Create visually engaging YouTube videos with strong storytelling, pacing, and audience retention focus.
