Responsibilities

• Review raw material to determine the shot list.
• Manipulate film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintain continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trim footage and assemble the rough cut.
• Insert dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, and visual effects.
• Ensure the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consult with the director and production team throughout the project.

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content for social media platforms.

Shift Timing: 12 PM to 9 PM

Job Overview:

The Video Editor will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects. This is a key role in the post-production process and the editors skill can determine the quality and delivery of the final product. The editor will work closely with the director to achieve the desired end result.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Reviewing raw material to determine the shot list.
• Manipulating film and video footage using modern editing techniques.
• Maintaining continuity while moving shots according to scene value.
• Trimming footage and putting together the rough project.
• Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Consulting with the director and production team throughout the project.
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and other short-form video content for social media platforms.
• Willingness to travel to our plant/location (Vadodara) to independently shoot and record video content as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio.
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks).
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

Education:
