You will collaborate with instructors and the content team, utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and ensure professional pacing, color grading, and audio quality across all deliverables for learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics: titles, lower thirds, transitions using After Effects.
• Collaborate with instructors and content team to align with educational objectives.

About the Role

DSSD is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and dynamic Video Editor to join our team at the Rohini Sector-7 branch. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our digital presence through engaging short-form content (YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels) as well as delivering high-quality, structured long-form videos for our educational and training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Content Creation: Edit and produce high-retention short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, incorporating dynamic captions, sound effects, and trendy pacing.
• Long-Form Training Edits: Edit comprehensive training and educational videos, ensuring logical flow, crisp audio, clear visual explanations, and professional pacing.
• Motion Graphics & Effects: Utilize Adobe After Effects to create engaging titles, lower thirds, transitions, and visual enhancements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with instructors and the content team to understand educational objectives and translate them into polished video formats.
• Post-Production Management: Manage raw footage, organize project files, and maintain consistent quality control across all deliverables for social media and learning platforms.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating excellence in both fast-paced short-form content and structured long-form videos.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of current social media trends, aspect ratios, and engagement techniques for Instagram and YouTube.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multi-cam footage, clean up audio, and maintain professional color grading standards.

Preferred Qualification

Prior experience working in an educational profile, coaching institute, or e-learning platform will be given preference.
