Job summary

Attero is seeking a creative Editor & Videographer to join its marketing team. You will independently manage the complete video production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality content optimized for social media and performance marketing.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of videography and editing experience.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Midjourney.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Attero and its business verticals.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.
• Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.
• Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.
• Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.
• Stay updated with social media trends, AI tools, and content formats.
• Organize and maintain video assets.

The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage the complete video production process from planning and shooting to editing and delivering high-quality content optimized for social media and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for Attero and its business verticals.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other digital platforms.
• Edit videos for performance marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, product launches, testimonials, corporate films, event coverage, and brand campaigns.
• Produce short-form content such as Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and sound design.
• Handle camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all content.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Midjourney.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, and sound design.
• Experience creating social media-first content and performance marketing creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media preferred but not limited to the field.
• Portfolio showcasing social media, corporate, and performance marketing videos.
• Experience with B2B or technology brands is an advantage.
