Job summary

Think Machine in Chennai (in-office preferred) is seeking a video editor to turn raw footage into WOW-worthy content. You’ll edit ad films, brand videos, reels and event aftermovies, shaping rhythm and emotion for maximum impact.

You should master Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with After Effects as a bonus. A sharp eye for storytelling, meme culture, sound, colour, subtitles, and feedback handling is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci; After Effects is a bonus.
• A sharp sense of storytelling and pacing.
• Meme culture awareness is important.
• Ability to handle feedback without emotional damage.
• Care for sound, colour, subtitles and tiny details.

• Turning chaotic raw footage into WOW-worthy content.
• Adding rhythm, pace, drama, humour and impact.
• Working closely with the creative team to bring scripts to life.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong skills in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci (bonus if you’re an After Effects ninja).
• A sharp sense of storytelling & pacing.
• Meme culture awareness (very important ).
• Ability to handle feedback without emotional damage.
• Someone who cares about sound, colour, subtitles & the tiny details.

• You’ve edited for brands before.
• You send us a killer showreel instead of just a CV.
