• 2+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably for YouTube or digital content.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good understanding of motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience editing both long-form YouTube videos and short-form content is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI video editing and creative tools will be an advantage.
• Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage to final delivery.
• Create engaging edits with strong pacing, transitions, storytelling, and visual flow.
• Add motion graphics, animations, text, charts, and visual effects wherever required.
• Perform color correction, color grading, and sound design to maintain professional video quality.
• Select and integrate relevant stock footage, images, graphics, and other visual elements.
• Understand the content and use editing techniques to make complex financial topics simple and engaging.
• Work closely with the content and creative teams to understand requirements and deliver videos on time.
• Experiment with new editing styles, formats, and AI-powered editing tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
• Ensure consistency in the visual style and quality of all videos.
